Usability expert review
A usability expert review was performed to uncover usability issues on the existing site. Next to this the goals per page were redefined. An analysis of Google Analytics was performed to get a basic understanding of how the current site was performing.

Sitemap
A sitemap was created to re-organize the site with the new functionalities.

Wireframes
The usability issues, redefined goals per page and new functionalities were taken into consideration while creating the wireframes to show the layout of the new design.

Detailed UI design
Once the wireframes were approved by the customer the wireframes were converted into detailed UI design. We started with a mobile first approach.
